    Your answer is: Pleasant Holidays.com They are great at booking vacations in Mexico & Hawaii. . . I just returned from a Maui vacation that they booked & everything was super. I’d use them again . . .

    When should you book it? When do you want to go? If you see a price that’s in your budget when you want to go, just book it. Just do all your research first.
